Customer Satisfaction

At Cosmic Vibez Creations, we are committed to providing exceptional customer service and high-quality craftsmanship. Every order is produced with care and attention to detail.

Custom Orders

All custom orders are designed according to the specifications approved by the customer. Please review all names, dates, spelling, sizes, colors, and artwork carefully before giving final approval.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

Payment Policy

Payment is required before production begins unless other arrangements have been made. Large or commercial orders may require a deposit, with the remaining balance due before delivery or pickup.

Production Time

Most orders are completed within 3–7 business days. Larger or more complex projects may require additional production time. Estimated completion dates will be provided when your order is confirmed.

Rush orders may be available for an additional fee.

Shipping & Local Pickup

Customers will receive notification when their order has shipped or is ready for pickup. Shipping times are determined by the selected carrier and are not guaranteed by Cosmic Vibez Creations.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of custom laser engraved and 3D printed products, all custom sales are final.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or contains an error caused by Cosmic Vibez Creations, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to repair, replace, or otherwise resolve the issue.

Design Files & Intellectual Property

Customers must have permission to use any logos, trademarks, or copyrighted artwork submitted for production. By submitting artwork, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use it.

Cosmic Vibez Creations reserves the right to decline any project that may violate copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property laws.

3D Printing

Because every 3D printed product is manufactured individually, slight layer lines, texture variations, or minor cosmetic differences are normal and do not affect the function or quality of the product.

Laser Engraving

Wood, leather, acrylic, slate, and other natural materials may vary in color, grain, or engraving appearance. These natural variations make every item unique.

Warranty

Functional products are inspected before delivery. If a manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 days of purchase, please contact us so we can evaluate the issue and determine an appropriate solution.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper installation, normal wear and tear, or modifications made after delivery.

Privacy

Customer information is used only to process orders, communicate about purchases, and provide customer support. We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except as required to complete your order or comply with applicable laws.
